At The Beauty Room, all treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments changed with more than 48 hours’ notice can be moved to another available date without charge.
Please note that cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments will result in the loss of the payment made. As your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, it is often difficult to fill at short notice. Therefore, payments for appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours are non-transferable and non-refundable.
